got rained in so i made a video on some hawaiian food. This is "Lau Lau" it's pork butt with butterfish wraped in some taro leaves, then steamed in Ti leaves.

The Cuisine of Hawaii is a fusion of foods brought by immigrants to the Hawaiian Islands, particularly of Portuguese, Chinese, Filipino, Japanese, Korean, Polynesian etc.
